Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome! You can stop by anytime during store hours to browse our products and speak with our team. If you're coming in for installation, we recommend calling ahead at (619) 489-8889 to check availability and save your spot.

What truck brands do you carry accessories for?

We carry accessories for all major pickup truck brands, including Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Ford F-150, Ram 1500/2500, Nissan Frontier, and more. Not sure if we have a fit for your truck? Give us a call or stop by and we'll check on the spot.

Do you install everything you sell?

Yes, professional installation is available for everything we carry, including retractable bed covers, camper shells, rack systems, running boards, and lighting. Our team handles the full install so everything fits correctly and looks clean.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed the same day. A standard retractable bed cover typically takes 1–2 hours. More complex builds with racks, lighting, and accessories may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we see your truck.

What is your warranty policy?

OuO Pickup Cover products come with a 3-year warranty. As the manufacturer, we stand behind our products and handle warranty claims directly, no middleman, no runaround.

Do you offer mobile installation?

Do you offer wholesale pricing for dealerships?

We do. OuO Pickup Cover works with dealerships throughout the San Diego area, offering wholesale pricing and professional installation for new truck buyers. Contact us to discuss your dealership's needs.

What is the difference between a retractable cover and a camper shell?

Our retractable cover easily rolls back into a canister, to give you almost full bed access while keeping a sleek profile and reliable security to your items. A camper shell is a hard enclosure that sits over the entire bed, offering more security, weatherproofing, and larger enclosed storage space. Our team can walk you through both options in person so you can choose what fits you best.

Can I see the products in person before buying?

Absolutely. Our El Cajon showroom has products on display so you can see the build quality, test the operation, and compare options side by side. No pressure — just honest advice from people who know trucks.
